This is a reference recording made by RCA in small numbers  about 5 -25 copies only, for audition purposes. The acetate is in very clean condition with some light surface scratches - side 2 has "Oct 1, 1969"  written on the label in ink. It also has a tiny chip of acetate on the lead exposing metal ( Before the track begins - very tiny, slightly visible on the photo) - where a "5" is on a clock
