Small paper tear on back left top. See pictures.  Vinyl condition: Side 1 has light spindlewear and light scratches on left bottom.  Side 2 looks GREAT! See pictures.  Notes: Comes with original inner sleeve 40C. Matrix numbers end in 1s and 1s.  Cover #1.  Label #12.  Indianapolis pressing.
