Description
SETTLE IN FOR A LONG RUN OF COLLECTABLE LPs OF VARIOUS MUSICALS STYLES. This is a reasonably priced ORIGINAL 1967 RCA VICTOR RECORDS U.S. EARLY PRESS STEREO LP WITH BONUS PHOTO INSERT titled 'Clambake', the original soundtrack LP from the Elvis Presley's movie with the same title. It is RCA Victor Records catalog number LSP-3893, deep groove heavy vinyl pressing, black labels with silver print, large white RCA Victor logo at the tops of the labels, 'STEREO' inscription at the bottoms of the labels. Cover is the heavier cardboard late 1960s type, with the original shrinkwrap torn in a couple of spots but still surrounding the cover, and with the original bonus photo blurb on the front cover. Tracks: Clambake, Who Needs Money?, A House That Has Everything, Confidence, Hey Hey Hey, You Don't Know Me, The Girl I Never Loved, Guitar Man, How Can You Lose What You Never Had, Big Boss Man, Singing Tree, Just Call Me Lonesome. Condition of record is a real nice VG++ with all original gloss and just a very few very small visible surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play. Record has a slight slow warp which has absolutely no effect on play, and also a very few small bumps in the vinyl play surface that also have absolutely no effect on play, as the music is pressed right into these areas. Labels have no problems. Condition of cover is a mid VG+ with the original shrinkwrap still surrounding the cover as stated above, and with the main flaw being some very small and light brown mildew spots in a few places (mainly down the left edge of the back cover), and a little wear along the edges and on the corners. Cover has no splits, tears, writing, or stickers. Condition of bonus photo insert is a high VG+/VG++ with one crease, no other real flaws. The original RCA Victor Records stock inner sleeve with pictures of other then-current Elvis Presley record and tape releases is also included. This LP would be a choice addition to any Elvis Presley record collection!
