Description
Up for auction is an lp from the legendary ELVIS PRESLEY for his classic debut album, "ELVIS PRESLEY".
Vinyl lp was originally released in 1956 on RCA VICTOR Records.
This is an original early US pressing from 1956 with the following indicators that were not featured on later pressings:
Light/ pale pink lettering; Green and Pink top corner RCA Victor logo box; black label with silver print with shaded dog;
Matrix Numbers In Deadwax:
Side 1: G2 PP1282 10S A2
Side 2: G2 PP1283 - 9S A3
Condition:
Vinyl is in VG (Very Good) visual grade condition with several light scratches.
Label has several spindle marks.
Playgrades with mild surface noise (mostly crackling) heard. Not for the audiophile, but a fair playing filler copy for the fan and collector.
Album Cover shows some mild wear ( edge/ corner wear; creases; top 6.5 inch seam split; age yellowing and spotting/foxing on back cover).
Spine is still legible.
