Authentic RCA TEST Sleeves Never Commecialy Released , it was a TEST concept series to replace the RCA Gold Standard Series for only re-issue Elvis titles. It never came to be. A few thousand PICTURE Sleeves were printed by RCA and have been in storage since the 90s. Worldwide Elvis used some of these sleeves for their Box Set back then.
