If you couldn't afford the $3.98 for the album, perhaps the $1.98 Ep was better for your pocketbook. When Elvis started recording for RCA, the label knew that while teenagers might not be able to afford the Lps, they could spring for the EPs, (twice the songs – twice the price!) and playing into that they released loads of Elvis EPs.
This EP featured “Any Way You Want Me” and “I’m Left, You’re Right, She’s Gone” paired with “I Don’t Care If The Sun Don’t Shine” and “Mystery Train.” What a bonus – one new song and three from his Sun Records sessions !
