The song "Paralyzed" is credited only to Otis Blackwell.

Tracks on the labels listed as "Band 1" through "Band 6."

This is the original cover that shows other RCA Victor albums on the back.

Record, labeled Long Play, is amazingly clean. It generally plays near-mint, with just a couple of spots between songs where light noise is audible.

Front cover is VG++, with just a hint of ring/rub wear. The back has some discoloration/staining as shown. There is also a small gouge at the top right corner. Spine writing is sharp.
