ELVIS PRESLEY

An exceptionally collectible early Japanese LP pressing of ELVIS PRESLEY's legendary "Elvis' Christmas Album," originally released in 1957.

This Japanese issue features the distinctive thin paper sleeve commonly associated with Japanese records of the 1950s, with a flipback construction on the reverse.

The original Japanese catalog number LS-5038 makes this an especially interesting edition for collectors of early Elvis Presley records and vintage Japanese pressings.

Featuring classic Christmas performances such as "White Christmas," "Blue Christmas" and "Santa Claus Is Back In Town," together with Elvis' memorable gospel recordings.

A scarce and historically interesting Japanese Elvis LP, offered in well-used condition as described below.

Record / Disc: VG- / VG- (Side A / Side B)

Both sides show numerous heavy scratches, scuffs and visible signs of extensive use and age. The record is in heavily worn condition.

Cover / Sleeve: VG (Very Good)

The original thin Japanese flipback sleeve shows considerable age-related wear.

There is an approximately 8 cm seam split along the bottom edge. The upper and side edges also show noticeable wear and weakening, although they are not completely split.

Ring wear, creases, surface wear, age-related marks and general deterioration are present.

Please note that this is a fragile vintage paper sleeve dating from the 1950s, not a clean or near-mint example.

Inner Sleeve: A plain, unprinted inner record sleeve is included. It has a seam split and shows age-related wear. Its originality has not been confirmed.

No OBI or separate insert is included.

IMPORTANT: This is a vintage collectible with significant wear to both the record and the sleeve. Please carefully review the condition description and all photographs before purchasing.
