Condition: 

STILL SEALED in original factory shrink wrap.  Shrink wrap is clean and bright, and is fully intact.  There are two small breather holes in the shrink wrap on the reverse.  A beautiful album for the collector who insists on top condition, rates a "10" out of 10.
