ELVIS PRESLEY – ELVIS’ CHRISTMAS ALBUM (LSP-1951) RARE RIGID VINYL, ORANGE LABEL REISSUE!

RECORD: FAIR with numerous scuffs and scratches, a few of which can be felt with the fingertip. This is the MEGA-RARE Orange Label, Rigid Vinyl variety in which so few copies were pressed! I would not recommend actually playing this Rockaway pressing at the risk of damaging your stylus; it is merely a space-filler until a nicer copy should come along. The labels are beautiful! Under a bright light and under much scrutiny, I believe that there is one extremely light spindle mark seen on Side 1.  The matrix numbers end with 6S/26S.

COVER: VG++ (EXC) with no seam splits, tape, writing or staple holes. However, there is some very minor edge wear and just minimal ring wear present. A small amount of cracking is noticed along the spine as well as some corner wear. The biggest clue that the possibility of a Rigid Vinyl, Orange Label copy lies within the cover, is the red sticker affixed at the upper right corner which states, “Stereo Effect Reprocessed From Monophonic”, which this cover does have! The original “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” (40D) inner sleeve is included.

Using file photos can be misleading to unsuspecting buyers to believe that they will receive an item superior to that which they will receive upon purchase. All of the records in my listings are U.S. pressings unless otherwise stated. Payment is expected within 5 (Five) days from close of auction via PAY PAL ONLY – NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE. I normally ship within 3 (Three) business days from close of auction, but please allow a little extra time in the event of a holiday.

All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to best protection.

Returns are accepted if you are not completely satisfied with your item. I stand behind everything sold here on eBay! I strongly believe that my grading of records is spot-on, but we’re all human and something may occasionally be missed upon inspection. I will do my best to ensure customer satisfaction.
