Note Stamp stating "NOT FOR SALE SAMPLE RECORD".Sleeve is basically VG+ with wear,age etc.Vinyl has hardly been played BUT on each side there are scuffs which are from mishandling(rather than malicious intent) meaning that they are LIGHT but unsightly- probably inaudible....VG+ and maybe better......
