Starting in January, I will be listing most of my personal collection until all collectible records are sold. What does not sell will be later donated to charity as I am leaving the hobby after collecting for 48 years. I sincerely hope that all my prized records will go to the most avid of collectors like I have been all these years and that they will be proudly owned and well treated. A word about photos; some of the listings will show what may appear to be duplicate images. The reason for this is that some were taken with a flash and others without the flash, especially on LP covers with shrink wrap where there may be backflash.
ELVIS PRESLEY – FRANKIE AND JOHNNY (LSP-3553) NM 1966 FIRST PRESSING, COMPLETE with FULL SHRINK WRAP, SHRINK STICKER and BONUS PHOTO!
RECORD: NM- with beautiful glossy surfaces! Some marbling within the vinyl is noticed which has no effect on the audible performance. A few extremely light paper sleeve scuffs are finally noticed under a bright light, which are quite trivial and will have no effect on the audible performance. The labels on this Indianapolis pressing are pristine with nary a spindle mark to be found! The matrix numbers end with 2S/2S.
COVER: MINT in full original shrink wrap! The shrink sticker, hyping the Bonus Photo inside remains fully affixed to the shrink as well as the original $3.57 store price sticker! A minor upper corner tip bend is finally noticed, though it is quite minor. A beautiful cover that would be tough to improve upon! The original “Elvis’ Great LP Catalog” (40B) is included.
BONUS PHOTO: NM and fully original with sharp corners. A couple of handling dimples are noticed under scrutiny. This photo has never been displayed in any way, so no pinholes or old tape residue ever!
GOOD LUCK!
First and foremost, I do NOT practice the use of "file photos" because I do not believe in it. Using file photos can be misleading to unsuspecting buyers to believe that the item which they are viewing will be the actual item that they will receive. The other item that I am strongly opposed to is the use of A.I. generated “descriptions” for the items that I list. These A.I. descriptions are a wad of useless information that do not truly describe the specific item at hand and its condition! I strive to produce the most accurate description as possible.
All of the records in my listings are U.S. pressings unless otherwise stated. Payment is expected within 5 (Five) days from close of auction via PAY PAL ONLY – NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE. I normally ship within 3 (Three) business days from close of auction, but please allow a little extra time in the event of a holiday.
Returns are accepted if you are not completely satisfied with your item. I stand behind everything sold here on eBay! I strongly believe that my grading of records is spot-on, but we’re all human and something may occasionally be missed upon inspection. I will do my best to ensure customer satisfaction.
All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to ensure optimum protection.
2025 marks 48 years of experience for me in this wonderful hobby. I specialize in Elvis Presley because he is "The King".
