ELVIS PRESLEY – FROM MEMPHIS TO VEGAS (LSP-6020) MINT FIRST PRESSING on RIGID VINYL and with “ERROR CREDITS” on SIDE 2 LABEL
RECORDS: MINT with stunning, glossy surfaces! The records have never been played. I can guarantee this because I opened the album last month! This package has been sealed since November of 1969 and the records inside had not seen the light of day until I slit open the shrink and pulled the records out to examine them for particular varieties. To begin with, this is a Rockaway pressing. The Side 2 label erroneously shows “Words” as written by Tommy Boyce-Bob Hart and “Suspicious Minds” as written by Frances Zambon. The credits were later corrected to show B., M. and R. Gibb and Mark James, respectively. I needed to know which label variety that the record had, so it required opening! The records are indeed rigid vinyl and not the later flexible style introduced in 1971. The matrix numbers on Record 1 end with 4S/3S, respectively. The matrix numbers end with 3S/3S on Record 2.
COVER: VG++ (EXC) in full original shrink wrap! However, this album is a “cut-out” as seen by looking at the photos where there is a saw cut on the lower right corner of the cover. The original “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” (40D) inner sleeves are included and the saw cut lines up perfectly with the cut on the cover.

All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to ensure optimum protection.
