Description
A great opportunity to buy a copy of a VINYL 7 inch EP from the 50's by Elvis Presley called " Good Rockin' Tonight ".
Released in 1957, this is a U.K. pressing on the H.M.V. label (7EG 8256). It has a total of 4 tracks:-
Blue Moon Of Kentucky / Good Rockin' Tonight / Milk Cow Blues / Just Because.
Currently this record has a Price Guide valuation of £200 for a copy in mint condition.
Whilst this is below that grading, visually the vinyl is in a clean condition, but has obviously been played many times. I always grade records under a strong light and it is clear there are many surface marks on the vinyl, though nothing too deep as far as any scratches are concerned.
I have played both sides of the record and it plays without sticking or jumping. There is some crackling noticeable in places, but overall it is in GOOD condition.
The labels are clean and free from any writing or major defects.
The matrix numbers are 7TAV 415-1N and 7TAV 416-1N.
The picture cover is a laminated flip-back sleeve in GOOD condition. It has some ring-wear evident and slight lifting of the laminate in places. There is wear along the centre of the spine and on a very small area of the flipback, but overall the cover is in a presentable condition.The pictures shown are of the actual item.
