Description

Here is Elvis' very 1st record album. Self titled LPM-1254 .Made in 1956 The record has the P D credit on the last song (SEE EXPLANATION BELOW**) The cover is in very good shape, invisible tape on seams, a small sticker on upper left and light shelf wear, NO writing or marks. The record has NO chips, stickers, writing or warping, there are scratches. I ship world wide. Free shipping in the USA only.

The first release of this record credited the song writing to the song "Just Because" to P.D. - Public Domain. You can only imagine how surprised the authors were to find they weren't able to get on the gravy train.
The song writing credits were quickly changed on subsequent pressings. The record guides don't mention this fact. But serious record collectors look for this issue.
