Ecco un’ altra gemma tutta italiana! Copertina “cool” che di più non si può (Elvis con il bassethound durante le prove di Hound Dog allo “Steve Allen Show”, con un bellissimo completo scuro, una camicia bianca con delle flecks da urlo e le sue famose White Suede Shoes, in poche parole, la Bibbia della moda Hepcat anni ’50) e una compilazione anche qui unica.

Un altro supercapolavoro della RCA Italiana, che all’epoca ben poco aveva da invidiare in creatività alla sorella americana.

Come già sottolineato da Bruno, negli anni ’80 la RCA UK incluse “Rock ‘n’ Roll e “Il Re Del Rock ‘n’ Roll” nel box che celebrava i più rari EP di Elvis, a testimonianza dell’ apprezzamento a livello mondiale per questa strepitosa emissione.
