ELVIS PRESLEY – KISSIN’ COUSINS (LPM-2894) FIRST PRESSING from 1964

RECORD: VG+ with clean, glossy surfaces. There are some light sleeve scuffs noticed, mostly on Side 1, none of which can be felt with the fingertip. This Hollywood pressing play great upon complete test-play. However, there was some minor surface noise detected in some areas. The Labels are clean and original with the Dog & Gramophone appearing darker than on most Hollywood pressings of the day. This Original Soundtrack Recording was released in March of 1964 and includes the hit single, “Kissin’ Cousins”. The matrix numbers end with 1S/1S.

COVER: VG+ only because of the upper and lower edge wear. The seams are not split, by any means, but do show some roughing (please see all photos). Ring wear is quite light and not immediately noticed. There is no tape, writing or staple holes anywhere on this cover. Some minor wear is seen at the corner tips. A very clean, original cover! The original turquoise “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” is included. Central edge splits are seen at all three sides.
