  • Titles are ‘Mystery Train' b/w 'I Forgot To Remember To Forget'. This is a most unusual Japanese Elvis 78 and interesting to note that the record was classified as country and western rather than rock n'roll. This however is backed by the fact that although "Mystery Train" is now considered to be an "enduring classic", the flip side of this record "I Forgot to Remember to Forget" reached the Billboard National Country music chart #1 position by February 1956, remained there for 5 weeks, and stayed on the charts for 39 weeks.It was the first recording to make Elvis Presley a national known country music star

  1. The record is in V+ condition with very light background noise. There is a tiny bit of rim damage on side 2 that does not affect play

  2. The label is very slightly soiled on side 1 .
