Description
This is an original recording made in 1954 by the new and unknown artist ELVIS PRESLEY. Recorded on the Sun label #210 'GOOD ROCKIN TONIGHT' & 'I DON'T CARE IF THE SUN DON'T SHINE'. This is Elvis before he became 'The King'. Just listening to this record, hearing Elvis in his raw, as yet unpolished style is an astounding experience. Both sides play without scratches or skips. The label has faint red writing on the 'B' side (see picture). The 'A' side label is slightly discolored at top left (again see picture). I'm hesitant to grade it, but would say the sound is VG++. The label is at least VG, again I would refer you to the picture.
Serious bidders only, as this is a very rare recording which provides a snapshot into the very beginning of Elvis' career.
