An unplayed copy of the ultra-rare 1983 gold vinyl, yellow label promo picture sleeve Elvis Presley 45 "I Was The One"/"Wear My Ring Around Your Neck" (RCA PB 13500)from the personal collection of an Elvis Fan Club official who had access to product through RCA's promotional department. The Goldmine Promo Record & CD Guide (2nd Edition) values this record at $300! The picture sleeve for this copy is in excellent condition with a faint record impression, a touch of ring wear, and just a hint of rippling. The 45 itself, being unplayed is near mint-record and labels both.
