Description
Hi for sale original 1957 pressing of Elvis Presley The Best of Elvis, 10inch album DLP 1159 on the HMV label. This is not a reissue this is the real thing. The record is in VG condition but actually plays VG to mostly excellent, there are some very fine surface marks but there are no skips or sticks and the record plays through fine and retains its sheen, however there are two pops on the track Blue Moon and some very light crackling in the dead wax otherwise plays loud and clear, this record has been play tested both sides for accurate grading on my quality Systemdek. The sleeve is in VG condition with no big chunks missing and no rips on ethier side of the sleeve, the lamination is intact plus there are no splits to top, side or bottom of the sleeve, there is some wear to the sleeve mostly on the back cover and this wear is highlighted in the many photos provided so please see photos for more details.. Both labels are also intact with no writing or stickers on them and are bright in colour. All in all a very nice copy of this classic 1957 Rock and Roll 10inch album with a superb cover shot of Elvis that is also bright in colour and unfaded. Uk mainland buyers only please and payment by PayPal or cash pick up is welcome. KINDLY NOTE THAT THIS AUCTION IS FOR 7 DAYS ONLY AND NOT 20 SOMETHING DAYS AS EBAY WOULD HAVE IT. Many thanks.
