Included in this sale is a PRESLEY family TRUST DEED replica with ELVIS and parents signature from the Graceland Archives 

The Sleeve: 1st & original Sleeve in Very Good Condition.

Has maintained an overall firm shape, sharp edges with no fraying and spine corners are sharp. Fully laminated with no creasing on the front, which is very rare to find in such good condition. All edges fully intact, all lamination present, and there are no splits or rips. Spine fully intact and title text clear and bold. The iconic front photo is superb. Still glossy and the back of the sleeve is clean, very light creases and a couple of very light hardly noticeable marks. Neat opening seam with light discoloration. Tape RESIDUE ON rear panel but still Superb sleeve for over  50 years old.

No sticker or sticker residue, and no writing or writing imprints.

Inner Sleeve : This is the original and correct Decca Handling and Playing star dot. It is in  a Very Good Plus condition and fully functional with no splits and is intact inside and out at all seams, some creasing Only.

The Vinyl: In Excellent Minus/ Excellent condition. The vinyl retains a deep bright black glossy finish. Under direct light, there are visibly just a couple of very light non-feelable superficial cleaning or sleeve insertion lines on both sides over the surfaces, but they are very fine and very light, showing that this surface has received a less than average number of plays, and has not been over played. The surface is completely smooth and in normal light the vinyl surfaces still look fresh and project a mirror-like shine and could qualify as Excellent as no stylus hairlines marks can be seen in normal light, only under close scrutiny. There are no feelable marks or scratches on either side. The vinyl is clean, the record lays completely flat on the turntable, has no scuffs, no warping or dinks in the vinyl, very bright, glossy and clean with no groove wear,

Very heavy robust early sixties vinyl weighing at 165 grams.

Labels are Very Good Plus, Text is clear and bright, the perimeter area around the spindle location point has extremely light spindle wear/ line traces can been seen but not deep or obvious and don't reach far.

1st Mothers on both sides with 1st and 1st Stampers makes this LP one out of the first 300 to leave the DECCA pressing plant. B denotes 1st Stampers.

The Audio: The audio grades as Excellent, there are no detractions such as pops, skips, jumps or sticks, and no interference which is obvious from the condition of the surfaces, and has been play tested to confirm. The surfaces project a full original mono bass reproduction, and the vocals/ instrumentals are crisp and clear There is no background noise, and the run-in's preceding and succeeding the songs are quiet with just a few light static type ticks between them.

The robustness of these early pressings always ensures that the sound quality doesn't deteriorate noticeably as long as the record has not been mistreated, and is designed to last.

This LP will be securely delivered in a professional cardboard LP mailer with cardboard stifferners.

A plain anti-static inner sleeve will house the record and the original will be placed separately.

A high grade PVC sleeve is included to further protect the LP as shown.

UK delivery is included and signed for.
