Original cover is in very good or better condition.

Original inner sleeve is in very good condition it does have a seam split, but otherwise, it is in very good condition.

The record is in very good or better condition and plays excellent with very good sound.

The bonus photo is in good condition. it's the earlier version advertising the NBC TV SPECIAL it does have a thumb tack hole at the top center but is otherwise in very good condition.

The lobby cards,  photos, and advertising pieces are reproduction in my personal opinion.
