The record is in very good or better condition and plays excellent with very good sound.

The bonus photo is in very good condition but does have a slight bend in the middle I'm sure that this could be pressed out.

The lobby cards,  photos, and advertising pieces are reproduction in my personal opinion.

I try my best to ship the next postal business day by usps. and in most cases, I offer free shipping as long as the selling price is within a reasonable amount ebay charges fees and taxes and shipping supplies are not cheap that combined with Postal shipping cost adds up to quite a bit.
