This is one of the rarest of all the 7 inch Elvis E.P. records. It’s also one of the earliest and most sought after of all the Elvis vinyl collectibles.

It is a 3 record set that was given away as a promotional item to customers who bought a high-end model RCA Victor Victrola record player in 1956.

The set we are offering is complete and original, and includes the gatefold cover with the pocket for the third record in the middle plus the three correct records.

COVER: This cover is in stunning and very crisp condition! The front artwork is vivid and there is hardly any surface wear on the front cover art except for a bit of very light wear along the extreme right edge. The white and text areas on the front, back, and spine show a bit of light discoloration and wear, with some of it possibly being adhesive used to attach the paper to the cardboard showing through. Inside the gatefold is exceptionally clean for its age. This cover has no seam splitting, no tears, and no writing. The corners and edges are in very nice shape. The only seam wear is about a 1 inch area on the top left edge, which has just a little roughness. Overall this is probably one of the best surviving covers out there, and it would easily grade EX and not far from NM.

VINYL: The records, although clean, have been played several times. All of the labels are in nice condition with just a small amount of light wear. None of the labels has any writing, tags, or tears.

The first disc (side 1 and 6) would grade about VG except it has a small hairline crack on the edge, which is barely visible except under bright light, and only measures about 1/2 inch. We listened to this disc and it plays right through without any skips and is barely audible. This record plays really well and has a nice sound.

The second disc (side 2 and 5) grades VG.

The third disc (side 3 and 4) grades VG+.
