Description
For sale is an ULTRA RARE Elvis Presley Sun 209 "Blue Moon of Kentucky/That's All Right" error misprint ....
When this record was originally pressed in 1954 there was an error wherein the 209 was printed upside down on the Blue Moon of Kentucky side (see pictures) ... this error was caught almost immediately by Sam Phillips and only a handful of these managed to be obtained - these were never meant to be released to the public ....
This record has original push marks ... the record is in VG+ condition ... it plays through with no skips ... there is very little surface noise .... in a scale of 1-10 we would grade it very close to an 8 .... the label is also in VG+ condition with slight wear due to age. (please see photos)
This extremely RARE record is very hard to find - especially in this VG+ condition. There are very few known in existence displaying this quality ....
