Description

Elvis Sun 45 RPM # 223 MYSTERY TRAIN with I FORGOT TO REMEMBER TO FORGET on the flip side. The record looks very nice with minor very minor scuffs on the A side and several scuffs on the B side. There are also some minor splotches on the B side which cleaning may remove. A side dead wax is 45-u-156X  20, B side dead wax is 45-u-157X  20.  THIS IS AN ORIGINAL SUN MEMPHIS PRESSING.

The A side label has lost most of its yellow color. The cause for the color loss is not known.The B side of the label exhibits the same problem as the A side but also with 3 or 4 stains and loss of some of the paper at the top of the S and N and also RG in forget and EL S PRESLEY.

The play grading of the record is VG+ or better for the A side VG or better for the B side.

Plays all the way thru on both sides with no skips or jumps and virtually no background noise.

Goldmine 2002 Guide books this record at $2,500.00 in near mint condition. April issue of Record Collector values it at £ 500.00-£1,000.00.
