ELVIS PRESLEY ORIGINAL SUN 223 MYSTERY TRAIN
Certified original Sun Records 45 single pressing from 1955 of landmark track 'Mystery Train', with B-side 'I Forgot to Remember to Forget' by Elvis Presley. Etched in the dead wax is Sun 45-U-157 20. This is a guaranteed authentic original pressing.
All print on label is clear and readable, with very slight rubbing on the edge, and. The signature Sun Records yellow is strong and unfaded. In almost mint condition. No deep scratches, has been played once and was fine, a real thrill to hear this record as kids at the time would have after it was released on August 6th 1955.

RECORD HAS "45-U-156X 20" IN THE TRAIL-OFF WAX; HAS NO "PUSH MARKS", WHICH IS THE FIRST OF THE ELVIS SUN SINGLES NOT TO HAVE THESE IDENTIFYING MARKS.
LABELS ARE STILL IN PERFECT CONDITION: NO WRITING, STICKERS, TEARS, ETC.
VINYL STILL HAS SOME GLOSS/SHEEN; THERE ARE SOME RUBWEAR SCRATCHES, BUT MINIMAL COMPARED TO THE USUAL RECORD OF THIS AGE.
RECORD PLAYS THROUGH ON BOTH SIDES, WITH NO POPS, CLCIKS, "HANG-UPS", ETC. ACTUALLY, THE SOUND IS EXCELLENT FOR THE AGE OF THE RECORD, AND THE CHARACTERISTIC SUN SOUNDS TYPICAL FOR THE RECORD.
