LABELS: "RCA VICTOR" IN WHITE AT TOP with "STEREO" at bottom.

ELVIS PRESLEY "SPEEDWAY" FIRST PRESSING You’re looking at a really nice Stereo copy of this 46 YEAR OLD ALBUM that has a NEAR MINT VALUE of $200.00! (That’s $50 each for the record, cover, shrink sticker and bonus photo according to Jerry Osborne’s great Elvis Presley price guide "PRESLEYANA VI".) Here are the conditions:

COVER: (VG++) Still in its FULL SHRINK WRAP with the RARE BONUS STICKER on front. This cover would probably get a NEAR MINT grading from a lot of collectors, but I rarely ever give that rating just to be safe. That being said, the only breaks in the tight shrink wrap is a 1.5" split at the bottom right front & a 2.75" split at the top left rear. The BONUS STICKER looks great with only some barely visible brown spots keeping it from being perfect. There is no visible ring wear on either side. Both seams and the spine are completely undamaged under the shrink.  All four corners have little or no dings. (SEE IMAGES.)

VINYL RECORD: (VG+)

Record: Play tested. No skips. Has some minor surface rubs and light scratches which do not affect its play. I've listened to both sides of this record, and it sounds NEAR MINT. Both sides still have pretty good luster.

Labels: Both labels have some light spindle marks, but still look great. (SEE IMAGES.)

Sleeve: Comes with the original RED, BLACK & WHITE ELVIS CATALOG SLEEVE in great condition with no seam splits. (The record will be shipped inside a new generic sleeve in order to protect the original sleeve.)

Bonus Photo: The photo would be NEAR MINT if not for two tiny white rubs in the background about 1.5" to the left of Elvis’ forehead. I’ve circled it in a closeup shot, but it’s still real hard to see. The catalog list on the back of the photo looks great with only some barely visible brown spots keeping it from being perfect

NOTE: Record grading is very subjective, so be sure to inspect all the images carefully and decide for yourself. Also be aware that some imperfections that are visible in the images may not be listed in the descriptions. If you have any questions, please contact me before you bid.

The records will be removed from their covers and original inner sleeves and placed in acid-free paper or poly sleeves. The cover will be put in a loose-fitting polyethylene sleeve. The cost of these shipping supplies are paid for by yours truly, the seller.
