ELVIS PRESLEY – SPEEDWAY (LSP-3989) FIRST PRESSING with “DOUBLE TROUBLE” BONUS PHOTO and SHRINK STICKER!

RECORD: VG++ (EXC) with beautiful glossy surfaces! There is a small amount of very light scuffs seen on the glossy vinyl which should not have any effect on the audible performance. The labels on this Hollywood pressing are beautiful, showing only a few light spindle marks. The matrix numbers end with 8S/8S.

COVER: VG++ (EXC) A perfect match with the cover, condition-wise! There are no seam splits, tape, writing or staple holes anywhere on this cover. Minimal edge wear is observed, though there is some minor wear near the lower edge on both sides. The original “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” (40D) inner sleeve is included.

BONUS PHOTO: VG+ with no evidence of having been mounted such as pin holes or old tape residue. There are no tears, tape or writing of any kind. However, there is some bending along the left side of the photo that appears to have been incurred, perhaps, by having been partially caught in a desk drawer. That’s about the only way to describe it. There is some minor bending to the lower right corner tip. This is an extra “Double Trouble” Bonus Photo that was pulled from my personal collection as the correct photo for the “Speedway” album is missing.

SHRINK STICKER: VG+ with some light to moderate wear. The shrink wrap was torn and falling off of the cover, so the sticker was carefully cut away from the shrink wrap and saved.

All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to ensure optimum protection.
