Description
The original December 1955 RCA Victor issues of the first four of the Sun Record Co, master tapes which RCA bought along with Elvis' contract in November 1955.
RCA sought to maximise their investment and exploit the interest that Sam Phillips and Sun Records had generated, even before "Heartbreak Hotel" had been recorded in January 1956. These are the original RCA, Dec 1955 issues from the exact same Sun master tape recordings, and are as below:
"That's All Right"/"Blue Moon of Kentucky" 20th Dec, 1955
"Good Rockin' Tonight"/"I Don't Care If The Sun Don't Shine" 20th Dec 1955
"Milkcow Blues Boogie"/"You're A Heartbreaker" 20th Dec 1955
"Baby, Let's Play House"/"I'm Left. You're Right, She's Gone " 20th Dec 1955
*("Mystery Train"/ I Forgot To remember To Forget" was issued on 2nd Dec 1955 but is not included here)
All are in VG condition and play well with no "hiccups". They all come with quality reproduction RCA sleeves of the time.
