This item almost certainly did not originate in Singapore.
Vinyl:
Excellent
Barely a mark visible and clean and shiny all over. It was clearly well looked after by its first and only owner from whom I purchased it.
Sleeve:
Excellent
The sleeve is made from thick, heavy card with a pasted-on paper 'slick'.
There is a small area of discolouration on the front; I think it's just ink from the printing process (see top right). The rear is unmarked.
Bear in mind that quality control for these 'fan club' releases was unlikely to be as ultra-stringent as, to pick a record company totally at random, that of RCA.

Postage & Packing
No postage rip-offs from me. Ever.
UK postage is by 2nd-class Signed-For at £4.45 (i.e. the price the P.O. charges). I use Royal Mail only.
I post overseas, but not to every place. Please ask me for a price, but be aware that any postage outside the UK must be sent using a Signed-For and/or Tracked service. No exceptions.
Packaging is free. I post with a proper heavy-card mailing envelope with two stiffeners and a protective plastic sleeve included.
