The record has hardly any marks and grades EX+. 

The sleeve has a small corner bump on the bottom right corner along with a small crease here too. Very light edge wear. There is a small surface tear on the back of the Obi near the top. Very light ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades VG+ to EX.
