Comes with certificate of authenticity bonded to the back of the frame.
The hair sample is displayed to the center of a golden tone image of a CD. Above is a black and white image of the man himself
Does not come in original packaging

Plastic facing shows scuffing, scratching and dirt build up
Frame shows light wear with scratching and various smaller markings
COA is worn with scuffing and minor tearing to the edges
