Description
Beautiful copies of three 1957 Elvis EPs, from the time of his second album; all first pressings with original covers:
1) Volume I (EPA-992) - 5S/5S press. The disc is very nearly mint, with just the tiniest signs of use. Plays just beautifully, with only a tiny bit of crackle before true music starts. This cover is slightly more worn than the other two records, with a bit of edgewear and some light scuffs and general signs of use, but no seam splits or bad damage. Still quite beautiful.
2) Volume II (EPA-993) - 3S/3S press. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays just about flawlessly and quite beautifully. Maybe the tiniest crackle before the music starts, but barely. Really a great copy. The cover is likewise nearly pristine, pretty close to perfect mint. Just a gorgeous copy.
3) Strictly Elvis (EPA-994) - 2S/2S press. The condition is about the same as for EPA-993. Almost completely pristine, but maybe just a tiny touch more signs of gentle use on the cover. A sticker stain is on the back at her upper left, and there is just a tiny tiny bit of very light edgewear at the top. Really almost perfect.
These are just beautiful copies of these classic Elvis records, and these songs sound SO much better on 45 than on the LPs, and especially better than the awful CDs. Really a lovely set, very hard to beat.
