DEMONSTRATION SAMPLE

This is a MOST rare opportunity to buy one of the now very hard to obtain Decca pressed demos (or promotional copies) from 1960, using the RCA green label format. It is a SINGLE SIDED disc - the original B side to Elvis's first post army UK single. For many years this was thought not to have existed which says a lot about its rarity value.

Originally made for radio stations, music journalists, record shops etc., there were very few of these manufactured (estimates vary, but it was probably no more than 200) and, most importantly, they were NEVER intended for the general public. Usually they appeared several weeks before the standard release.

Housed in a white sleeve, this record is best described as FAIR to GOOD (-) condition. However, collectors are more likely to be interested in it because it

 is so rare
