Description
ELVIS PRESLEY how great thou art RCA LP Stereo SF 7867!
Original UK LP with front laminated sleeve, back sleeve
laminated spine edging and pinched top/bottom spine edges,
released in 1967, on the RCA label.
Catalogue number: SF 7867 (Stereo).
Matrix numbers read:
A-side: TPRS-1895-2K.
B-side: TPRS-1896-lK.
NEAR MINT/NEAR MINT CONDITION
Superb clean sleeve in NEAR MINT condition, stored in PVC sleeve
from when purchased, displays minimal minor wear only, one
small extremely light laminate sleeve lift/crease (across the Gr in
Great) and two tiny laminate lifts which hug the front sleeve’s spine
edge (almost negligible), the rest of the sleeve is MINT. Overall a
supreme top quality sleeve in outstanding condition.
Comes complete with its original blue printed paper/polythene-lined
"Stereophonic" company inner sleeve, which is in NEAR MINT
condition, superb clean appearance displaying minor
handling wear only.
Both labels are NEAR MINT, superb clean appearance with no
visible wear or any damage, displays two tiny faint spindle hole
marks, one on each side.
Playing surfaces and matrix areas are in NEAR MINT condition,
superb full original glossy sheen on both sides, with just a few
(minimal and almost negligible!) tiny barely visible ultra light fine
line surface scuffs, which only show up when angled and viewed
closely under a strong bright light. The A-side playing surface area
has some very faint/barely visible (only shows up when viewed and
angled under a strong bright light) slight/light traces of partial wavy
misting (dulling) in places owing to storage in the PVC sleeve, the
sound is not affected in any way by this.
Footnote: This record is from a private Elvis Presley collection.
Most of the records from this collection are in exceptional
condition and have been very well maintained and stored and over
the years.
