Label:   RCA Victor.  Labels are black with silver text, with nipper logo at the top.  Catalog number is EPB-1254. 

Additional notes:  Jacket front panel displays “ELVIS” in dark pink letters.  Reverse panel displays “Enjoy These other BEST SELLERS!” and depicts five RCA Victor LPs: Melachrino Strings, Fox Trots, Perez Prado, Gone With the Wind, George Beverly Shea).

Condition:  

Jacket:   Condition of jacket is nice VG++ with nice bright artwork.  No surface or ring wear on front panel, unlike most you will see.  Very minor surface wear starting to appear on reverse.  Top corners are slightly bumped, nothing serious.  Inside panels are clean and pristine white.  Seams and spine are intact and excellent with no splits or cracking. 

There is a small sticker on the inside left panel at the top with the name of the retail store where the record was originally purchased (The Disc Shop, Washington, D.C.). 

Vinyl:   Sides 2, 3, and 4 are NEAR MINT with 100% of original brilliant gloss.  Side 1 would grade NM except for one hairline scuff (not feelable) that produces a few soft ticks but otherwise does not affect the playback, so I would grade Side 1 as a nice VG+ .  All four sides play very enjoyably with excellent fidelity.  Labels are clean. 

A very fine example of this hard-to-find double pocket EP.
