TITLE/ARTIST: Please continue to check out all current and future listings as everything from my personal collection will eventually come up for sale - 45's, Pic Sleeves, EP's and LP's from the '50's, '60's, and much, much more - all "oldies" and all in great condition! Here is one of the earliest LP's by Elvis Presley - in fact, just his 2nd ever release on the original "Long Play", RCA Victor Label. This is just one of several early LP's by "The King" that I will be listing over the next couple of weeks, so check in it you are interested. The record is self-entitled, "Elvis" and is on the original, 1st pressing, "Long Play" RCA Victor Label. The jacket's backside has "ads" for eight other RCA Victor albums available for purchase at that time - a rare, 1st pressed jacket find!! In addition to all of this, there are two other items which add interest in this piece - 1) an original RCA Victor inner sleeve, and 2) a special advertisement offering the holder the chance to send for "12 Elvis Presley pictures for only $.25" - "these 8"x10" photos come in a folio ready for framing". Now that was a deal we should all have taken advantage of... So, please view all the pictures above for the song titles, jacket pics and much more. LABEL INFO: This original black with silver print, "Long Play" RCA Label (LPM-1382) is in super good shape and close to perfect - I see just a couple light spindle lines, so actual play was obviously slight. VINYL INFO: Likewise, the vinyl is nearly perfect and shows no flaws at all. JACKET INFO: The jacket is super good and also just about as good as new - everything is pictured above so please check out all 12 pictures. FYI, the inner sleeve and the special "ad for pictures sheet" are also nearly perfect. INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, this LP is in great condition - the vinyl, the jacket, and the special other pieces - as always, I'm beginning the bidding at a very low price, so please have at it and continue to check this site for more great conditioned "oldies" from my personal collection. As I have already mentioned, I am selling off my entire collection, and there are 100's more to get to yet -- of all genre's, years, sizes, and varieties. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So again, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time. The charges for overseas are listed in the shipping category below--$23.00 for the 1st LP and then just $4.00 per LP after that.
