Due to recent issues with the United States Postal Service there can be a possibility of package mishandling or unexpected damages. This issue could become worse as the United Sates Postal Service deteriorates or until improvements are made at a governmental level. Please be advised that once we deliver your package to the local United States Postal Office, we are no longer responsible for it and can not be held responsible for any mishandling or unexpected damages. We will not issue refunds as a result of this and you as the buyer will have to speak with your local Postal Service if you choose to receive compensation. We highly suggest that if you doubt how a package is handled and delivered you ask us to have insurance added. Please note that when requesting insurance, you as the buyer are responsible for all additional costs.

Our shipping rates include delivery confirmation, a study cardboard record mailer, and additional packing materials.

Payment is required within three (3) days of winning bid.

If the buyer is not satisfied with their buy, we will refund your purchase minus shipping costs. All records must be returned in order to recieve refund. Records sold in lots must all be returned (NO PARTICAL REFUNDS). In order to recieve a refund, the buyer must notify Harding Records withing TWO days of the receipt of records.
SS (Still Sealed) Never opened. Flawless, with no damage whatsoever. M- (Mint Minus) Has been opened, but sill flawless with no damage whatsoever. VG+ (Very Good Plus) The vinyl may have scuff marks and signs of some wear but will still play almost perfectly throughout with only "barely detectable" crackles or pops. A slight noise at the beginning is allowable but the remainder must be nearly flawless. The cover may only have the slightest signs of normal wear. VG (Very Good) The majority of records (worth selling) fall under this grade. The vinyl may crackle, pop, or make other annoying noises but only occasionally never continuously and not more loudly than the music being listened to.The cover has normal use wear such as ring wear and split seams. If there is abnormal damage such as tears or markings but the seller still feels that it qualifies as a "VG" the damage must be described in comments attached to the item. G+ (Good Plus) The vinyl may have continuous crackles, pops, etc... but not so loud as to make the music completely un-listenable or un-enjoyable to the casual listener.
