Artist: ELVIS PRESLEY
Title: “SINGER Presents ELVIS Signing FLAMING STAR and Others”
Label: RCA VICTOR. Original stereo pressing marketed as a promotion through Singer Sewing Machines in conjunction with a TV-Special (see below). Catalog number is PRS-279.
Background: Singer Presents Elvis Singing Flaming Star and Others is the thirty-third album by Elvis Presley, released on RCA Records in stereo, in October 1968. It spent five months available only at select retail stores featuring products by the Singer Sewing Machine Company as a promotional tie-in with Presley's upcoming Christmas television special on the NBC network, which Singer had sponsored.
Condition:
Album is STILL SEALED in original factory shrink wrap. Shrink wrap is clean and bright. Flawless front and back panels with no tears or rips in the shrink. Seams and spine are flawless as well. Nice corners. Two small vertical breather holes in the shrink wrap on the reverse. A beautiful album for the collector who insists on top condition.
NOTE: This is the true first pressing on RCA (Not Camden).
