Description
TITLE/ARTIST: This very early, rare, and highly collectible 1st Elvis Presley EP sleeve/jacket is the original RCA release, and is self-entitled "Elvis Presley" (with the pink and green lettering). This was his very 1st EP sleeve/jacket that RCA released from back in 1956, and of course, is by the "The King" of RnR himself, Elvis Presley. Note that there is no record for sale here---it is a sleeve/jacket sale ONLY, but what a nice pick-up if you already have the vinyl, or have access to purchasing it elsewhere Also, I have seven (7) other Elvis EP jackets for sale in this week's auction---so please check them out as well.
JACKET INFO: It is on the original RCA Label--EPA-747---and it is very, very nice--with no real flaws to mention at all. In my opinion, this cardboard jacket is very close to perfect and almost "like new" in appearance---see the pictures below.
INTERESTING FACTS: You just don't see these original and rare, early Elvis Presley EP jacket's out there much any more---espiecally these really early RCA releases in this kind of outstanding condition.
In addition, I will have many other ultra rare 1950-60's EP's/45's/PS's/and LP's to list in my current and upcoming auctions (including more Elvis, and other artists like The Beatles, Eddie Cochran, Jerry Lee Lewis on Sun, and many more as well. So, please continue to check out this site. I'm into selling off alot of my personal collection---and most all of these records are in near mint condition and quite rare.
GOOD LUCK BIDDING!! When attempting to view my pictures, please be a little patient as they do take a few seconds to fully focus---but they do come in. And, if anyone ever needs more info/pics than what is listed, please email me. I will respond!!
POSTAGE/HANDLING CHARGES are as follow: In the United States, buyer agrees to pay $2.00 for the first EP sleeve---or 45 RPM record--- purchased, and then just $.50 per jacket or record after that-----so, buy in quantity and save. These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to email me for their exact costs. I accept payments by way of money orders, good checks, and/or PAYPAL. Again, please continue to check out "rogersrecords" on ebay for future collectible records of all types. There will be many more to come!
