One of the prized points in my mother's massive ELVIS music collection.  This is the 1986 Reader's Digest Collector's Edition, a boxed set of 7 Long Playing Vinyl (Remember those days kids?  I sure do) 33 1/3 speed Records.  This has been extremely well-cared for.  My mother was meticulous, especially wither her Elvis things.  My mother did not handle her records, and neither did I when I looked them over.  I pulled the whole Velum jacket out and looked through it.  I saw no marks, scratches or chips on either side of any of the records.  I did not remove the records from the Velum jackets but did look into them.

I searched High and Low for a song list from this set and couldn't find it, so I hand typed them all in for you:

    The pictures you see below are just SOME of the BOOKS my mother had, which is NOTHING COMPARED TO THE MUSIC she had by The King.  She had over a hundred records, cds, tapes and VHS Video Tapes/DVDs.  She had over a hundred Records, Tapes and CDs alone.  I am just getting to the point where I can scratch the surface of her massive collection of ELVIS memorabilia.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

THESE PICTURES REPRESENT JUST A VERY MINUTE PORTION OF HER TOTAL COLLECTION.  This only scrapes the very surface.  I just wanted to give you a LITTLE idea what my mother left behind in her massive Elvis collection.  This doesn't even have any of her records or CDs or the big books.

My mother died recently, leaving behind an EXTENSIVE ELVIS collection (as well as her Nintendo collections).  More than she loved Nintendo, she almost worshiped Elvis.  She had all Elvis radio - the reason for satellite radio.  She has hundreds of books, movies (VHS & DVD), music (Vinyl & CDs), newspaper clippings, magazines and so much more.  Her Elvis, Nintendo, Barbie and Princess Diana collections as well as some of her other collectibles, are going up for sale here on eBay, the proceeds to go to my siblings and our children. 

This book is in LIKE NEW condition from my mother's vast ELVIS collection.    There may be normal shelf wear marks like minor creases in the spine, and/or tiny corner curls and/or some edge wear.  The book lays flat and has no creases in the front or back covers.  Whenever I can I provide pictures of the actual book, not stock photos.   THESE ARE PHOTOS OF THE ACTUAL BOOK.

Local pickups also pay the handling costs.  Local Pick-up almost ALWAYS Available.  For Mailers/Envelopes/Bags/Shipping Supply Items pickups pay all Shipping & Handling charges 

Combined shipping NOT AVAILABLE for Mailers/Envelopes.  Bubble Mailers don't weigh a lot but they're bulky; Poly mailers don't take a lot of space but they are dense and weigh quite a bit. 

In January 2010, the US Postal Service (USPS) suddenly changed their priority rates and methods.  They switched to zone shipping which means that a 1 pound package can run between $4.99 and $9.99 depending on how far away the recipient is from the sender.  It's more like the United Parcel method now.

As for not being able to combine shipping, anything over 13 ounces has to either go USPS Priority or Parcel Post.  Parcel Post often costs more (at lower weights) than Priority and can take 10 days or more for delivery, so I don't bother with it.  At one point, the package becomes either too heavy or too large to go USPS First Class, but ebay shipping can't make that determination and will continue to charge at the minimum set price/classification.  This can mean losing as much as $5.00 a package and too much of that would put any of us out of business.  So we would either have to set everything at the higher priority charges, or  we can sell and ship each package individually at the lower first class charges or flat rate charges, whichever is applicable.

You can change this by emailing eBay software engineers (via any eBay email) and request the development of a program that better suits the needs of their buyers and sellers.
