Incredible copy of Elton John’s classic 1972 album.
This beautifully produced 1972 pressing comes in a fully textured gatefold ‘mock leather’ sleeve with a tuck-in envelope/wallet flap to the back of the sleeve that shows no signs of having been used!!

On the front the titles are embossed above a glued-on sepia tone textured photo of Elton John.
This beautiful sleeve is in Near  Mint condition.

There are so many attractive elements to this sleeve and therefore so many potential areas of wear or damage. However, this copy retains a stunning vibrancy and it is incredible to think that it is nearly 50 years old.
The original inner sleeve is a white poly-lined generic inner.
The vinyl itself is translucent and appears a dark red colour when held to the light.It is pressed on heavy vinyl and is Excellent condition.

Overall a classic original pressing in unbelievable condition.
