Erica Morini Plays vol. 1.
Westminster Hi-Fi "Cavalcade of Artists" XWN 18087
Matrix Numbers: 1E/1D
Erica Morini on violin with Leon Pommers at the piano.
Turquoise label.
Circa 1955
.
We recently acquired this LP from the estate of the original owner, a WWII veteran (USN) who taught foreign language courses at local colleges and universities. Judging from his very large record collection he listened exclusively to classical music. During the 1980s and 90s he was either director of programming or program host for KIWR radio in Council Bluffs, IA (back when it was a classical station). Most of the LPs in the collection appear virtually unplayed. We believe the original owner played most of his LPs only once, in order to record them to tape.
See our other listings for more LPs and audiophile-quality home audio equipment from the same estate.
CONDITION
LP is Near Mint (our highest grade for an opened record).
It appears virtually unplayed.
We believe the original owner played most of his LPs only once, in order to record them to tape.
Cover is excellent with light wear at lower front corner on backside.
No reserve.
