Description
This is a BEAUTIFUL first pressing copy of the 1956 Columbia (Six - Eye Label) of "Concert by the Sea" (CL 883) by famed jazz pianist Errol Garner. This album was recorded "Live" at famed Carmel, California. The MONO vinyl is in exceptional condition with much shine and no signs of scratches thus producing a simply splendid listening experience. Errol is accompanied on this classic LP by Denzil Best on drums and Eddie Calhoun on bass. The beautiful outer jacket is in very nice overall condition with crisp and legible seams and just hint of softening at corners with 1" edge crack (not split through) at bottom from where record is inserted. This will make an excellent candidate for framing for one so inclined.
VINYL CONDITION = EX+ to NM (GOLDMINE Standards) JACKET CONDITION = EX
The original poly "baggy" is included as well as a new white generic inner sleeve and a new outer poly slip-on sleeve to help protect this gem for another 60+ years to be enjoyed by future generations. A heavy duty record mailer with ample bubble wrap is used to ship and vinyl will be separated from jacket in shipment to guard against jacket damage during shipment.
