Anselme, a famous conductor who established an era with his exquisite and colorful performances

Ernest Anselme (1883.11.11-1969.2.20), a famous Swiss conductor, conducted the Russian Ballet Company led by Sergei Diaghilev in Stravinsky's “The Soldier's Tale,” “The Grub,” “Pulcinella,” Falla's “The Triangular Hat,” Prokofiev's “The Clown,” and many more, He is also known for his role as music director of the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, which he founded in 1919, and which he brought to international prominence. In 1946, he began recording exclusively for the Decca label, covering French, Russian, 20th century, German, and Austrian music. The excellent recording technology of Decca, known by the logo “ffrr” (an acronym for “full frequency range recording” in the monaural era and “ffss” (an acronym for “full frequency stereo sound” in the stereo era), provides a clear, dynamic range and a clear, dynamic sound. In the analog era, Decca's superior recording technology, known by the logo “ffss” (an acronym for “full frequency stereo sound” in the stereo era), was highly acclaimed for its clear, dynamic range, and three-dimensional sound.
