Description
ESQUERITA! WILDCAT SHAKEOUT
Issue : UK 1st PRESS Label : Ember / Speciality Catalogue No : SPE 6603
Matrix : LP + 6603 + A / LP + 6603 + B
This 1969 UK 1st press is on the original white and pink Speciality label. It is complete with the earliest LP + 6603 + A / LP + 6603 + B matrix, the original textured label, the original inner sleeve and laminated sleeve.
The vinyl is in Excellent condition. Both sides have the most sensational mirrored gloss, every track gleams. There are a couple of wispy hairlines but these are so faint they certainly do not have any effect on play. The labels are exceptionally bright and completely clean. The pink is solid and unworn, the white is bright, the text is sharp and there is only the very slightest spindle wear.
The sound quality is Near Mint. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and from the moment it begins it is exceptionally rich and vibrant. Superb clarity and separation, the original complete sound.
The 1st press laminated sleeve is in Excellent condition. The colours are exceptionally bright, the picture is sharp and the black is bold. The edges are solid and the back is extremely bright and clean. There is just a very light corner crease. The whole sleeve is solid and the earliest pinched spine is very firm with clear, sharp text.
