Description
If you discovered Eurythmics when they had their first big hit, ‘Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This),” this may be the record you’ve never heard. After recording three albums as the Tourists, ”In the Garden” was the very first album released by Dave Stewart and Annie Lennox as a duo. They wanted the recording to be “experimental and left field,” and they succeeded. This album remains a harbinger of what was to come and tracks like “The Walk” stand as an introduction to the “electro-soul” of Stewart and Lennox.
