Firstly a bit of history of the album.....HELP was the BEATLES'  5th album coming out on the 6th August 1965. The premier of the album was played in London on the 29th July. Once again reaching the top spot in all record magazines of that era...as they had done with the previous four albums!

Lovely rich sound reproduction, with BARELY ANY background noise!!
I have just had the utter pleasure of listening to her all the way through and was amazed at how quiet the run-ins were-as well as inbetween tracks! Not to mention how wonderfully clear the audio was....The violins on Yesterday were pure magic.
Looking at side 2 I noticed some light circul;ar wear on Yesterday, but having playing her through with particular attention paid to this track and played at volume-I didn't find it had any affect to the play back audio-which remained clear and rich throughout the whole record.

GENTLY CLEANED WITH A VACUUM RECORD CLEANER.

Still has the glorious sheen and is lovely and flat.
Nothing AT ALL to make her jump or skip

IT HAS BEEN A VERY LONG TIME SINCE I HAVE SEEN THESE 1st PRESSING LABELS IN SUCH WONDERFUL CONDITION.
With only a few light spindle marks-visible when angled towards the light she is a lovely 1st Pressing
Almost zero hole wear.
Proud "KT" tax code to side 1.
Has the 1st type Sans Serf text.
 Outer text "The Gramophone co.LTD"
 DOES have the "Sold in the uk.." text.

THE LABEL ALSO HAS THE CREDIT OF "LARK MUS." FOR TRACK 1, SIDE 2, RATHER THAN THE LATER PRINTING: "LARK MUSIC"

With only a few very small fingers of spidering eminating from the spine & seems and only 6 little crescents of spidering near the opening...!!
The back card remains white, with just a few light, small discolouration patches.
LIGHT & MINIMAL rubbing to the corners.
I am being very critical
Superbly STRONG Garrod & Lofthouse flipbacks.

 ALSO HAS THE "PATENTS PENDING" STATEMENT TO THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER.
